I really wanted to do something more meaningful, but I couldn't come up with anything. I went to La Tienda, but they really just had food stuffs, and I didn't want to do the typical food stuff. I went to another mexican grocery store, and they didn't exist anymore. A friend is fluent in Spanish, but from Puerto Rico, and didn't have anything that would work. At the end, and on the last day, all I had was a bottle of tequila and a plastic glass. (it's not dirty, it's just plastic, and it's all scratched up).

The problem is, I don't like regular margarita's -- I like frozen strawberry margaritas -- so I didn't even get to sample anything after the shot.

My husband also pointed out we had no mix and no limes, so he complained about it as well.

Oh well. Now I have strawberries, and still have no strawberry margaritas....

Congrats on the ribbon, Wendy. My equal top pick (with Bear's). I love the star bursts.

I was having problems getting the backlighting right. When I pointed the flash down, it ended up lighting the foreground too much. So the flash is actually right behind the top of the bottle. I shot so that the bottle covered most of the flash and let the burst through.

Overall clean image, I like the shine of light on the bottle. Seems a little out of focus. Still one of the better shots.
