 Taken in golden gate park, early in the morning.
All I did was change the levels to bring the sky out, and some post-resizing sharpening.

i like the angle that this has been taken very much - it's very dramatic and it certainly conveys your title. i might have been tempted to de-blue the sky, i.e. make it all B&W or sepia even. don't know why, specifically, but i think it might work. maybe, notwithstanding that the sky is also (beautifully) dramatic, the blueness feels a bit optimistic? still, the shot DOES convey a lot of drama, got me thinking (breifly) about the merits (cool icons and flags) and disadvantages (Trabants and the KGB) of communism, and is enjoyable to view. 8.

Nice take on the theme. There is strength, here. I have two nits: the face of the oppressor is not seen and there is a strong overexposure in the otherwise very dramatic sky.

Dont get the title, but that's because of my bad English :-)
Great composition, realy striking.
This is one of the pictures I voted lower then intended with my speed voting, will bump up.
