Sandra, one of the volunteers at work has the most wicked grin, she smiles and everyone round her smiles right back. Duplicate layers, blended screen mode. Desaturated. Channel mixer 70% red, 30% green. Brightness, saturation and curves. Resized for web, usm .....at least that's what I think I did!

Coming back for comments. She does have a gorgeous grin. I rated this photo a 5. I think what makes me not rate it higher is the skin tones are kind of washed out. Maybe she is naturally pale, if that's the case, maybe a darker background would have helped tghe "wow" factor for this shot.

Great smile :) I think you need to work on your lighting a bit though. Your light source reflected off your subject's face kind of harshly... Also it produced a shadow on the wall... Try defusing the light by bouncing it off a white wall or bed sheet... It can make a world of difference :) But that's just me, and what do I know :)
