Nice expression here, and the lighting adds strength to her. Dividing her in half, though weakens her, in my view. She is only half there, so only half as strong. The negative space invites doubt as to her stubbornness. Still, nice piercing gaze.

This shot definitely captured the mood you were trying to convey, the composition, lighting, and expression are perfect. It just looks like the focus landed on the neck instead of the face. If the soft focus of the face was intentional, I don't think it adds anything to the photo. Pretty good overall.

Great expression! The harsh lighting works well here, but to my mind it would go much better with tack-sharp focus. Also, strangly, it looks like her neck is sharper than her face.

almost there. There is something missing, I don't know what. Focus? Stubborn person is focused on what she wants ;)
The white dots are annoying as well.

the expression is good, the focus is not. but because the expression is so bang on to the title, 7.

Was the soft focus intentional? Not sure I like that, but I do like the composition.
