Love how the setting sunlight bathes the landscape and the rims the grazing donkeys with a golden soft glow. Very nicely captured.

Good shot...poor execution. I love the composure. Nice subject...However the sun was not in your favor. The sunspot in the middle of the frame is highly distracting. You have also lost detail in the trees. I have started experimenting with an ND filter you may give it a try for a similar shot

Agree, iz suppertime and stomick of Grog complains of empty, but Grog not like stringy meat of horse-thing.

I really like the light and subject and composition.
But I still don't like the photo a ton because of:
1) Lack of crisp sharpness
2) The blue in the shadows.
