 Civil War re-enactor was dressed as a Confederate Lieutenant General. He was looking at some written instructions when I snapped this picture. It is often said that clothes make the man. In the military, rank defines the leader. . . no matter how good or bad. But I am assuming he is portraying Lt. General Longstreet, Lee's right hand man, who was considered to be a dashing officer and a gentlemen of the higest order.
The gold and grey, and the sweep of the hat caught my eye along with the stragley mustach, beard, and side burns.

In Photoshop: cropped for effect; adjustedd color curve; sized for the web; unsharpened mask by 80%.

Composition and concept here is excellent. Really like it but the image could use some improvement in other areas, such as, exposure (too dark) and it looks a little soft to me. Also, skin tones appear a bit too red to me. Other than those issues, which can easily be fixed, this is a great photo! Well done on the composition. 9

Great composition and subject but is there a white balance problem here? Looks very blue.

You need to adjust your colors on this shot, his face looks very pink, and the background glows cyan. The composition is good, though, I like the concept.
