Marvelous post and poitn of view, and wonderfully close up. Expression is fantastic! I do wish it were in focus, though. |

I like the catchlight, but just a little sharper on the eyeswould improve it in my view. |

This is a cool effect, however, being that it is the eyes, I would have prefered a sharp focus. This is just a preference, your image has a nice feel as is. |

Composition is good with the angle of her head and the way the hair sweeps but the color looks off and image is a bit on the soft side. Catchlights are too conspicuous, imo and attract a lot of attention. |

I really like this idea... I just would expect that the shot, being so close, would be sharper... the eyes, the eye lashes, the eyebrows. With sharper features I would have voted it much higher. |

Very haunting eyes, I like the soft focus on this |

The lack of sharpness doesn't work for me, otherwise a very good composition and pose |

I love the lighting. I am not sure if I would have liked the photo sharper? |

The eyes need to be in tack-sharp focus for this to work - they are not. Another suggestion would be that since this is advanced editing, you remove the blemish from the right eyelid |

Interesting, but out of focus. That little red dot over her right eye is also quite distracting. This could have been a powerful shot if it was sharper and cleaner. |

Love the look of this; just needs a sharper focus and more even lighting in my opinion. |

Dramatic. Very cool.
Oh, I thought I'd share what I found out about 'Je ne sais quoi' in case anyone else out there doesn't speak French:
je ne sais quoi
/zhuh nuh say KWAH/ That little something; a quality that eludes description: âThe Mona Lisaâs smile has a certain je ne sais quoi.â From French, meaning âI donât know what.â

Gorgeous green eyes! However, I did find the circles of white light on each eye, distracting. Focus a little soft also. Great composition. Fits the challenge. |
