yes, this is a drfining feauture of some people. Cute, but I would have prefered a better focus. Bumping up.

the focus is slightly more on the board and just missed the subject. reverse the two focal points and you have a better photo IMO.

Something bothers me here, but I'm not sure what... Maybe the angle of the "boardwalk"... I think it would have been stronger if the walk was either straighter or at a more drastic angle... But that's just me, and what do I know :)
