 Man steaming Chesapeake Bay blue crabs at the Maine Avenue Fish Market.

Blue crab or callinectes sapidus (from the Greek calli- = "beautiful", nectes = "swimmer", and Latin sapidus = "savory").

I like the bottom half, but the ventilation kills it for me. Cropped just above the open lid, this is a 7 or better, as is, 5.

great shot. I did scroll a little to see what it would have looked like in a more square crop, cropping from the top and I think I prefer it. What do you reckon?
