 Bright pink Holga, Fuji Acros, DD-X

The city asked for pictures of my local community garden for their promotional materials and archives. I think this is not what they had in mind.

I love the feel of yesteryear. It brings back memories of my father's vegetable gardens in the various backyards we inhabited. The inclusion of the spade reminds me that even if such gardens are a labour of love, they are indeed a labour.

No, they probably have something else in mind but they might end up loving a good story that you started so beautifully.
