 There's no question which of my DPC entries was the most difficult. It's this one. I drove over an hour to the state capitol and prompty stumbled over a curb IN THE PARKING GARAGE and tore a calf muscle. Rather than turn around and go back, I limped around for several hours and tried to get "the" shot. And failed. I did actually get some good ones, but went against my gut with this somewhat abstract composition literally seconds before the deadline. I was leaning over a rail from the second floor and could only reach so far, so that's why it's off center. A week later it's still hard to walk. :-(

Very cool perspective. My very small issue with this is the fact that the center of the top part of the dome (where the white star looking thing is) isn't actually centered to the rest of the circle and unfortunately to me that distracts from the geomentry of this image. Other than that, really nice warm colors.

I like the colors and the processing a lot. Definitely among the better images in the challenge, but for me the distracting perspective lines and the off center circle at the top hold it back from the top.

consider sizing to 600 max on vertical side so that it all fits on the screen without scrolling
