I have no idea how this will do. I had the feeling that there would be many COMPLETELY distorted images that would muddy up the challenge with ambiguity. So I wanted to do something very clear with a very intentional specific distortion.

Honestly, last minute as usual. I happened to see a container of developed film in my basement where I would be shooting. I used the basement because the kids stay out of my hair (usually) and I can control the light better.

I have 2 CFL umbrella units that are the cheap "stay-on" type. THey general less heat and the light is clean so I like them.

The film in this shot is adhered with water. I started with tape but water seemed to work just fine. Anyway, used food coloring and desaturated everything else (mostly in lightroom using separate channels globally).

I cloned out the rivets or whatever on the stool which were distracting. Also cloned out water drops as much as I could. Sharpened the film quite a bit.

I really like what's going on here, but I'm not sure it's the best combination of "stuff". I feel there should be a better connection between the pitcher, negatives, and green dye drop. Does that make sense? If not, drop me a line and I'll try again. :)
