| The pose and composition are good. While the relative lighting is wonderful, the absolute lighting is so dark it leaves too much undetailed area. IMO! |

I just love this image it is soft and tender and the nice lighting on the child is super,.
I just wonder if the light fromthe candles on the wall is a little bright compared with the rest of the image? wether moving them or the table and child from the wall would have helped any way you get 10 from me. |

| Spooky-like...but not quite enough. I can't tell if you're going for warm and comfortable or spooky and cold...One way or the other would be great, but the amibiguity makes this photo less enjoyable. I think another edit of this would make for a great photo, though! |

| I like the photograph -- technically, it's a very good shot, though the lighting could've been improved to increase tonal variation. As for the title, I find it rather depressing when contrasted with the image; because the image conjures bleakness, rigidity... things that I would never associate with a child's mind. |
