Although an interesting pattern, I can't help but feel that maybe incorporating another element to this would've helped the composition and so my eyes don't get lost so easily.

Almost too busy. OK, not almost. I'd love to see a closer crop, perhaps.

Okay, the title says "Silver shade," and I'll take it at its word, but I see ranks of people bearing metallic banners on parade. It's a wonderfully suggestive pattern, bright and joyful. I like the range of color tones.
