I love old office machines, but this might not be quite as surreal as you think -- you can get a kit to convert a manual typewriter into a USB keyboard for under $100 ... do let me know if you try that route!

as much as we like portable devices, they are yet to replace a decent keyboard

| So creative. I love the image of the old typewriter, and the addition of the screen is genius. I'm not sure I loved the outdoors as background - although perhaps that's part of the Surreal aspect since modern day laptops, but not typewriters, would be used laying around outside. |

| Too funny - I took a photo of the same model typewriter last Saturday, albeit in much better condition. The old girl needed a bit of perspective adjustment before you brought in your iphone. Cute idea. |
