 I struggled with ideas, and life has gotten a bit in the way so I'd been playing less with my camera lately. So I needed a shot. I remembered that fruit seemed to be nice in the Still Life challenge, so I pulled out a peach to see what I could do.

None of my shots were genius, and some where downright bad. But what I really liked about this shot was the metallic background - toaster. The metal took away some from making the image appetizing, but I got a shot I liked to I entered.

Nice. Dramatic composition and lighting, attractive background although some more detail on the peach could probably have improved it. Still good overall though.
