Huge thanks to Phish for helping out again!

I agree that a homemade pole would have been so much better. I actually thought about a bamboo pole, and then forgot once we got underway.

There are wonderful, wonderful trees out at William and Mary, and we tried a couple in a few trees with the bucket on the ground, but I couldn't get it right.

Thanks to my wonderful husband for finding a pail for me. :)

It was funny being out at the college doing the shoot. We, of course, got strange looks. But a man walking a dog shouted out "Hey Tom! Where's Huck?"

Adorable. The glow adds to the dreaminess. But I think using a real rod makes the grip awkward, as he has to choke up on it to fit the tip and lure into the shot. A shorter stick with the line and lure tied on would also have been more in keeping with the theme
