I took a candid picture of my five month old son, Logan. He just grabbed my books, picked up the chalk and started writing on the chalkboard. So, I grabbed my camera and took some picture… OK, yes, I’m just kidding, although Logan is always willing to learn something new and pose for some pictures.
This was just a picture taken in his room; it took me a while to decide what to take a picture of for the School Days/Education challenge. I had quite a few pictures of other related things and finally I decided on the chalkboard with books. However, that just wasn’t enough. What better to add than our smallest generation of scholars? I thought adding my son, which represents to me, ‘the youth and future’ of our society, would nicely finish the picture and representation education.
Hope you like it! |

Cropping the books will be perfect I think. Contrast could be enhanced |

you should of had the shot without the books - having the kid as the central subject
the main problem is the first thing that you see when it loads are books and that makes me click [1] without thinking - sorry |

How fun is this. I like the image alot. At first I was thinking where is this going? Then upon seeing the child, I laughed this is great! Like the composition and everything about it. Giving you an 8 |

To me, my focus is drawn towards the book and yet it's out of focus. I don't know I am not an expert. I know you were not trying to focus on the book but perhaps the angle is what is throwing me. |
