This is the perfect school days shot. It could be better technically, but not emotionally (even though I don't know the girl, I can see her pride and the teachers compassion. So I rank it at the top of this challenge. |

lacks focus and has more of a snapshot look to it. |

I'm surprised more use wasn't made with this approach by other entrants. Good composiotion and lovely child. It's a shame the people in the background were looking the wrong way. |

I love the way you've captured expression here, but I'd have cropped the picture closer to the little girl. I find the rest of the photo a bit unnecessary. |

This fit very well to the challenge. But it may be taken in a very complex situation. The light was not right, the scene was too dynamic and seems that you are not so close as you need to catch it up perfectly. The use of an speedlight can help you to get the velocity, compensating for the distance and focal lenght. Good luck. |

Cute subject :) There seems to be a bit of noise in the photo. She is genuinely happy. |

That's what I love; the children's faces. Priceless! |

I think I know who was behind the camera :)
I like the expression on the girl's face. I am however not comfortable with the crop. They guy on the left looks like he's been forced into the frame and the girl needs some space to move too. Basically, I think the crop is a bit too tight and the interaction is lost.

Nice expression, though I wish the graduate's image was sharper. |

Ahh...the joy of accomplishment! You've captured wonderful expresion in both subjects. It seems difficult lighting made it hard for you to stop the motion entirely, which would have made this a near perfect image. |
