My wife, 2 dogs & I went to visit my father-in-law today in Brown Co., OH, & to seek out some of these old schoolhouses that dot the country roads. Although it has been a long while since this school has seen any students, it was such a bright, crisp autumn day, it felt like kids would pour out of the door at any moment.

Ouch what a harsh time of day to try and shoot this. The light woulda been much better later in the evening... You also appear to be a bit oversharpened. You have what appear to be artifacts in your branches.

| Good fit to the challenge. I would be interested to see this shot maybe 2 stops less exposed to saturate the colors a little more. |

Lovely image of tree in front of a building. The picture is well composed and balanced. However this is an international challange, and without the tittle I would not have known that this was a school.
You have obviously kept exactly to the instruction and I recognise and reward this. My observation is to try and think of what other may see if they were raised and live in other countries.
