A few years ago, when my in-laws were moving from their house to a condo, in the trash pile, I found a bag of slides and 8mm films, along with the 8mm camera and projector. For some reason, my father-in-law didn't see any need to keep them. I rescued them. To date, I have scanned all of the slides, but haven't had a chance to convert the 8mm films to digital yet.
I'm just guessing that this is Christmas '67. That is my wife, and she looks to be about 3 years old.
I figure I may get some DNMC votes, since there is a live human in the photo, but the subject is the film, not my wife. That's also what gets it past the artwork rule.
I used my homemade light tent and a clamp light, with my 50mm f1.8, three extension tubes and a 1.4x teleconverter. |
