Disqualification Details
You may not use ANY editing tool to create new image area, objects or features (such as lens flare or motion) that didn't already exist in your original capture. In this case, the Use of Digital Arts Painter went well beyond what we can accept. There's so much to this image that just didn't exist before the filter, it's SO much more than and abstract, texturing effect. The recently validated "Fisherman With Gull" by Marnet, which might have encouraged you, didn't go anywhere near this far, and we DID post a note explaining that it was an outlier.

Ben the Sunflower survived the drought, the bugs and the too-common lack of sunshine. He was a born survivor, tougher than most and resilient. But alas, he succumbed to an insidious sickness. Over-processing was it's name.
