Ok so I discovered that lint up close is pretty gross. I was trying to come up with a way to make it "prettier". My original plan was to braid it into a basket looking thing and have the tulips sitting in it. Second discovery was that I do not create a lot of lint, and since my own was so gross asking to "borrow" someone else's was even grosser. So this is what I came up with.

I agree is isn't "linty" enough, but at least I was able to keep the gross out of it. I agree with vawendy - a lint cozy is ewwwwww!

CBalck - As for the background, I found that paper in Office Depot and the light bounces off it so nicely. I love using it.

Pretty good and I like it. Not much related to linen but I agree with you... gross. One thing with this image, its not straighten. ITs got a tilt to the right.

Exceptionally beautiful shot, but feel the lint is merely an afterthought or bit player in this composition. The vase and flower clearly steal the show. Still love it though and scored it highly!

Just thinking out loud:

hmmmâ€Â¦ not quite sure of the composition in this one. I like it when things are off-center, but the tulip is so far left and close to the top that it looks like it's exiting the photo. I like the color gradient, though your tulips leaves look a little sick with that color. The thought of a lint cozy makes me go: eeeewwwwâ€Â¦ :)
