 @ Jennifer: I was using an on camera flash pointing straight up and slightly back so as to bounce off the ceiling. The ISO was 800 which is not high imho on an x100s.

The reason the ISO was at 800 is I had been shooting them earlier before sunset and was trying to keep some natural ambient light coming in from the French doors behind me. There was also a gold reflector in front of the models, camera left, which may have contributed to the catch lights, but I think it is probably the flash.

Lovely portraits of these two. I love how you have managed to get a nice soft light despite it being indoors. Did you use a flash? I don't see any signs of one and it looks like your ISO is quite high so I am guessing not. I can see catch lights in their eyes, so you must have had some light source. What did you use? Processing is very nice.
