Gosh, I didn't know that. I assumed it was something out of the bible I'd half remembered. Perhaps I was in Oprahs club in a previous life. |

I̢۪ve read this sentence before somewhere and had to google it; it̢۪s a title of a book in Oprah̢۪s reading club.
I̢۪ll stay with the photograph because I like a lot its look reminiscent of a magic lantern glass slide. In our days of intense sharpness, vivid colors, HDR and such, this type of image has a very attractive vulnerability. The undulating line of the horizon is musical (alas, there is a little halo there) |

Have not read it, but the photo looks pretty moody and scary! Few trees on the horizon somehow add to this feeling. Also very nice toning for that. 8 |

It seems that this should be a boring scene but you have made it so interesting. So well done. 9 |

stark yet captivating, deforestation or scrub clearing what lies ahead for this land pasture and production or housing, lovely silvery tones to it and a great sky, I'm basking in the space i have to enjoy it without having to be forced to look at something obvious, |

Can I join him? Wormwood is quite nice. Great photo as well. I keep staring at that tree on the far left, and looking at it long enough I'm in the field, in peace, the calm. |
