| So much potential here but to my eye it appears unnaturally sharpened/contrasty and the crop lets leaves too much distraction. The dramatic subject is diluted by too much extra detail and space especially the tree in the left (crop it out) and the extra sky on top. Without of those distracting elements, the eye will proceed from the jagged tree stump now on the left edge up to the old structure for more compelling visual impact. Of course I could be totally wrong but that's how I see it. It's a 6 as is but might be an 8 with some carefully processing. |
