Lines are leading away from the subject not towards it, particularly with the shallow DoF. |

The barbed wire and the grass gone to seed add interest. The sky could use a bit of drama. |

By focusing on the intricacies of the wiring technique through the first wooden post, you have avoided a trite fence leading line image; yet, that post does not stop the viewer from traveling down the picture. Sharp, colorful with lots of interest. I opened this with the mindset of assigning a seven, but as I worked through my comment I think a nine suites it better. I hope this does well for you. |
