it seems like more of the water would be more interesting than the top of the leaf - the leaf/water interface in the best part.

Ohhh... I love this. I hope you get the marks you deserve on this one - DPCers are so touchy. this is pitch perfect. A really excellent abstract. Wonderful contrast. Great rich colour. Interesting drama. Love the movement (which really is what adds the drama in abstract). I also love the rich tones int he water. Just amazing - 10

My favorite of all the leaf shots. This one is thoughtfully composed to exclude unnecessary elements. Still, I think it would be a tad more abstract and more to my liking if you cropped an inch or so more off the top, eliminating much of the leaf's spine. 7, just-married
