If this were a wilderness shot (ie - no sidwalk) it would at least be a nice documentary type of shot, but in this case I find it extremely unattractive. It's also very soft in the lower left. |

Looks like you went with a colour correction quite similar to the one I posted in that thread. A nice capture for sure. |

I did not rate your photo low, but I just wanted to comment on 2 things that kept me from giving it high marks. First, I was so grossed out by the subject of the photo I didn't look at it long enough to tell whether it was good or bad. Secondly, you had already posted this in the forums -- I thought submissions were to be anonymous. And before you blast me with a PM, remember that I can always come back and lower my vote some more ;) |

This is a good capture but this has been discussed and visible for some time on the site. I don't feel that it's the right way to submit a shot that has been public. |

absolutely over the top. wow. would have been even stronger if you had cropped or shot it so that the eyes were looking into the image rather than out of it. |
