 Shot using my 17-40 f/4 @ 40mm.

Shot in RAW + JPEG and used the small JPEG to work on the photo.

In PS7:
- levels
- made sepia layer with 70 % opacity
- erased some of the layer to reveal under layer colour on the leaves
- increased overall saturation on the under (BG) layer
- desaturated non-leaf areas on the under layer
- flattened
- cropped
- lomoized the whole image: saturation, contrast, brighter center and darkened outer edges
- resized, USMed, and border

I really like this. I hope others do too.

Nice effect... At first glance the fence is the subject, but a second glance is rewarded with a more delicate and interesting subject in the leaves. Layering implied lines was a creative approach - well done!

Quality image, selective desaturation works very well here. The implied lines are not the main part of the image though, or don't really play a vital role in the make up of the imge. The colour difference and the textures are what makes this image. A six from me, well done.

The colors here are superb. The contrast, DOF, and subject matter really grab my attention. 9.

This is a cool shot, I like it. Implied lines however I don't know. The spaces in the fence, but there is not enough of them and focus is great for the leaf but the lines aren't bold enough through my eyes.

I think the idea is real god but with more DOF the lines created by the fence would have been more apparent. Can't really see them that way.
