This is a brilliant shot. The sense of lonilness is all over it, you really captured it there. Good work dont be disappointed about the rank.

The only point in this pic I don't like is the sky. Great colors in the rest of the pic, and poignant message.

I'm not super crazy about the composition (although I have no real suggestion except maybe just the boy alone is all that is needed, and the lighthouse is a separate photo), but the subject matter is great and the lighting is perfect. :) 7
