Voted earlier coming back to comment.
I like this capture of this moment in the lives of the three woman in the cafe. You have a Mom drinking a soda sitting with her son; they are relaxed and dressed casually. Then there is the business woman who is dressed for success. We don't see her face but her body seems tense and she seems to be conducting business perhaps on her smart phone. I wish we could see a bit more of her face for I feel it would add and strengthen the story here by showing what she is doing or what expression she wears. Then there is the elder woman off to the far left who is lost in thought with her hand on her chin; a classic thinking pose. Three woman, three different stages/paths in life. I see the poster that states 'Believe in the Dream', but my eye was first and foremost drawn to the B&W painting of Audrey Hepburn from the film Breakfast at Tiffany's - to me she seems to be setting an appraising eye on these three woman. |
