Moody, gritty and tough. All this makes a great photograph. However on the poverty association, I need a little more convincing. |

Very nice composition. However, I found the blown-out highlights somewhat disturbing and it almost seems that the facial hair, if sharpened, was a little too extreme. |

facial hair seams too nicely groomed for this picture to scream poverty. The eyes are good and the wife beater is a nice touch. |

You know, this portrait may or may not represent poverty, qualify for challenges, yada, yada. It doesn't even matter. This is a 10 from me without even thinking. I'd give this a 20 if i could. Bravo. |
