If It wasn't for your title, this picture could be interpreted in a very negative way. It is not very good to depend on your title for it to be considered on topic.
Also, there are a lot of reflections on the door, making it very distracting. |

| Poverty can also send innocent people to jail. The promise of Gideon in 1969 has yet to be fulfilled. The jails are full of impoverished people though...nice connection. |

| Your image may be voted low due to some people having an issue with the concept, but for me, it appears to be a snapshot in somewhat poor focus to score highly. |

| yes you are right with that, I would have preffered a lower camera angle to make it more dramatic. |

| The photo itself doesn't say poverty to me and I disagree with the title (or at least that idea) so it doesn't help. |
