I like the concept and the composition but a uniform backgound wouldn't distract so much. I also don't like the long shadow on the table although that kind of lighting makes the nice texture coming out nicely. Still, I think a top lighting would be better. Also you could have easily removed the crumbs. The focus is good, very crisp!

I like the lighting, and especially the little crumbs that have fallen off. |

Great focus. If I were being nit-picky (and obvioulsy I am), maybe you should have gotten rid of the crumbs scattered here and there Wonderful shot, and I think I will go grab some right now!
PS -- I vote for the sugar side! |

Mmmm! More food. This challenge seems to bring out all kinds of square foods. This one is nicely done. Great title. Great lightly. Super good detail. A nice touch might have been to add a drop or two of milk. But that would tough. |

I think that this picture was a very good idea. One thing that I think might have made it a little more intresting is by flipping two of the miniwheats over and using the frosted side also. Nice Job |

Haha! Great caption - however, I prefer the other side :) Would be better if crumbs and sadow weren't there. Nice, though. |

Good comic relief - I like the title. Other than that, a very well-executed photograph. Excellent focus and original idea. (9) |

I'd have removed the crumbs at the top and on the left. I can see white blobs at the edge - is this some weird American version of mini Shredded Wheat that have *icing* on them?!? |

I was torn between these and triscuits, then scrapped both ideas for something else. My only nit here is the lighting. I like the sidelighitng to bring out the texture in the mini-wheats, but don't like the hard shadow at R. Maybe a reflector to fill it a little would be better. Nice work. |

I like the sweet side!!! But this photo is nice too -- good detail, good color. The shadows are a bit much. |

Should have had some of the squares turned over to see the frosty side! =)
Very nicely done. The crumbs are just a little distracting. Great job. 7 |

Nice shot, just for whimsy, I would have had one on the frosting side. That would show that even us adults like to have fun! |
