| I like this a lot. Possibly I am teetering into my next life as a total gourmande, but the almost off hand but efficient storing/curing of these items speaks to me of total food respect. |

I very much want to turn the camera to the right. Or crop out the left. But I do love the subject and gritty nature of things. It meets the challenge very well in that it is not trying to look old but is specifically and "old way" brought into the now with the tools given. Thanks for bringing us there 8:  |
