I apologize... somehow I missed this beauty and didn't give it the vote it most definitely deserves. It's hard to envision such goldenness, but once you do it comes alive. I would print this really large and hang it where it gets looks at, over and over. |

I was one of your nines. I love the way this challenges our ways of depicting, turning mind over matter, mixing being with non-being. |

The more one looks, the more one sees but the less substantial it becomes.
Fathoming the unfathomable.

I feel like I'm staring at a lump of sand and the images just start to form effortlessly. It's uncertain if the figures really exist or they're just a figment of my imagination. 9 |

This image has caused me to stop and pay attention. That means it is in my 7-10 voting band. (Voted earlier)
Additionally, it is highly interesting/eclectic meaning it keeps me here long enough to offer a longer comment and a vote of 8 or more.
This is one of my 10s - I like it very much. Furthermore I think it enriches the DPC collective portfolio. Put simply, I wish we saw more stuff like this. Let me tell you why it pushes all the right buttons for me:
1. Superbly bold and simultaneously subtle
2. I love the overlap of the figures/reflections
3. The subtle nudity, mannequin?
4. The coloration and the grain
Overall this an amazingly engaging image - one that shuns convention for something altogether more interesting.

"Move along, nothing to see here"
Unless you open your mind and let go - thanks for this 'Art' and allowing my mind to wander for a few moments. (bumping 1) |
