this is interesting. we know the sun is glaringly bright, but your hdr enables us to see what the son would have blinded us to. we ask if this is a good thing. good to ask questions.

Really like this overall. I especially like how you aligned the crane's hook directly over the new freedom building.

The HDR is used as I like to see it used, in the manner of a zone system print. Very nice rendering technically, but for me the composition is a bit static with the gantry smack in the center; it fights against the converging diagonal sweeps of sky and pier. Bump.
