I enjoyed your essay. The variations in presentation kept things moving nicely. Monochrome helped convey the personal traits and experiences. I’m not sure you could have achieved the same effect with color. Very nice!
I believe Don didn’t mind your image titled “Grieving” but thought your essay shouldn’t end on this emotion.

Don, I considered leaving the last one out of the series (as I did with two others not included). In the end, I included it because even with the spiritually inclined, there is grieving when one loses a loved one. That notion probably is not clear enough with the photo, though. |

I'm not sure you have the right order, kind of a bummer to end on grieving, but I think you do this concept well. Nice correlations between image and words |
