 Most photographed building in the world, PLUS an old perspective trick. 2 cliches for the price of one.
Stopped aperture setting down to the lowest number to bring the large building in the background to look equal to the smaller buildings in the foreground.

would be nice if it weren't for the building on the left, the angle and lens left it appear to be falling.

Composition: Nice use of lines to draw your attention to the main subject.
Technical: The quality of the building looks qutie iffy, was this a camera issue or some rescaling prob?
Overall impression: Very clever idea put the pixelation of the building lets it down. 6

I think this would have worked better if you had worked the levels on the Empire to match the others a little better.

Awefull. The picture is so low quality and the perspective of the buildings makes the ESB look like a midget! You should have moved closer to the building.
