| DOF and focus are too far in this I feel. The background nosie is a bit distracting also. |

| Nicely done. I think a little more DOF to get more of the mushroom into focus would have been better. Still, 8 from me. |

| The DOF is just a tad to shallow, it would have been better IMHO to have all of the fungi in focus. |

| the mushrooms need to be more in focus, other than that the photo is great, depth of field is good. |

| The composition is nice, but the large areas out of focus distract. I would find it more appealing if the larger mushrooms were in focus with the clarity fading toward the back. |

| Maybe just a tad to shallow of a depth of field. It seems that at least all the foreground objects should be in focus. But it's a nice capture of that autumn October feel. |

| I think the DOF is a bit too shallow. I would rate higher if all bark growth was visible. |

| Shallow dof worked very well for you in the background... I think the impact might have been more dramatic with a 'slightly' deeper dof so the shroom near the bottom was sharper... I like the line the drunk draws and the triangle it makes with the blurred tree in the back... nicely done :) |
