This was tough! I knew trains come through this town a few times a day, but the timing is very unreliable. And, when they do come through and stop, it is usually for barely a minute.
To make this work, I had to get some shots of a train passing through, and I had to get some shots of me just standing there. Basically, I had to have everything set up to go so that when the train came through, I could get my shot.
It was shot using my handy-dandy 6.5" tripod and my infrared remote release.
Complicating the matter is that I got a number of cool shots with the train in motion; I ended up deciding against those because the motion seemed to remove the necessity of making a choice (hence, the indecision). All the same, I like the way this came out, and can't wait to see whether it is devoured by the voting wolves... |

I don't see how this relates to indecision. I can see how it relates to past decisions that may have led to being tardy... Indecision to get on the train maybe. But it's a stretch. It might have worked better if the focus was the person. Also, the color is a bit off to me. |

I like the composition. Would be better without the tree, though IMO. I don't like the colours. You should have tried in B&W. |

Would be good if the challenge was called:"Too late". I like the point of view in this photo, but not the color cast. |
