 2000mm 8" Meade & D7000 Nikon. Shot at dusk from about 100 yards.
I know it's grainy, but that's just the way mirror lenses work at near their closest focus range. The pastel softness is ok with me.
The peach color is a house about 1/4 mile behind the bird.
Here's the same scene with a Canon SX510 with 720mm equivalent lens.

For some reason extreme crop with motion blur creates a pleasing effect.
