 This artist is a glass blower for many years and he has a small shop with atelier where he makes and sells extremely beautiful glass art. Not only glassblowing but he uses different techniques to create his art. I went to his shop really late and discovered that he was about to close for the day. I talked about the contest on DPC and then he sat back on his stool, turned on the gas heater, took a glass pipe and started to make a dolphin, I asked him to pose for the picture. I had this type of shot in mind when the glass challenge was announced.

I feel sad this image doesn't score higher. I did some research before to take this type of picture, camera angle, position, etc...
started low around 5 got up to 5.7 but then always down.

A different take on this challenge with the portrait as subject and less so the glass itself. I scored it high because I think it is well done. I'm concerned that others may be more critical than me. Hope it finishes high; it deserves a TT finish IMHO.
