She's home!

My daughter is home from college and of course got roped into a photo shoot. I had something much more in mind, an outdoor shot, under a street lamp, against a really cool wall.

Yeah, right. Not at last minute.

"But I really wanted to enter this one..."

"There's texture on the walls"

"we'd have to move some furniture"

"we can do that"

Umm... nice idea, but that means everything is really squished with no room to shoot.

But we did it anyway.

The furniture mover held the light so that it raked. The dress and view came out because it was the photographer's and furniture mover's 27 anniversary the day before. Plus the daughter hadn't ever seen the dress except in pictures.

It was fun.

I liked this shot better:



But the light wasn't raking enough.

But at least something was entered.

You have come a very long way with your lighting skills; beautiful light here and well done. I like the second image too for image sake, she looks like a very young girl in that one. However, I see what you mean about the light in the first. Congrats on TT.

Beautiful shot but I suspect that is not her wedding dress it looks a little dated but still very lovely. Maybe mom's?? If so she has nice taste
