...well I thought the sky added to the overall effect...but what do I know. Not a DPC-friendly effect. Nice sombre mood. Should have been more of a contender. |

I don't really like the effect in the sky in this shot. it looks all messed up. a smoother transition between colors would be nicer in this case. The subject matter is good, but that sky... |

Nice shot, but the editing has ruined the sky in my opinion, would like to see the original. |

Nice surreal feeling evoked by the filter used on the sky. I also like the muted colors and the crowded feeling of the images. The motif of the crosses move interestingly out of the frame reminding me of the William Cullen Bryant peom "Thanatopsis" and the innumerable caravan of souls that move from the earth constantly. I also like the angle. Interesting photo. |

I like the composition, but not the treatment you did to the sky. Ruins it for me. Sorry. |

would have like this more but the posterization of the clouds is distracting. Is this how the photo actually looks, or is it from the saving it on the computer? |

Good idea, just the sky is a bit over contrasted and the feel is to unnatural for me. |

Beautiful image. The only thing keeping it from being perfect for me is the blotchiness of the sky treatment. |

What did you do to that sky? Is it a side effect of using too little quality when using save for web or is it intentional? Anyway, I do not like the effect and I think it brings down an otherwise good image. Please feel free to ignore this comment though if you like it, after all that is all that matters and I have a tendency to be a little bit close minded sometimes. |

I like this picture the crosses makes a strong impact on it , but I dont know what you have done to the sky It looks strange, I think the picture would have been much better if the sky wasnt funky, good luck |
