 quite easy recipe (4 servings):

take 1/2 can of coconut milk (if you have a can that is stored for some time, the content is separated in two parts: the oily fluid and the more solid part - then take the solid part only) mix it with icing sugar to your taste, some fresh blueberrys, a dash of orange juice and 4 tablespoons of blueberry compote. Fill in containers (I rolled up some baking pan liner paper) and freeze over night. Enjoy!

Love the colours and the recipe sounds really nice. Cool idea to use baking paper to make the molds.
