 If I were a solar panel
Upon a solar farm
I wouldn’t want to get bunged up
And cause anyone alarm

I wouldn’t want to be a failure
Nor fall over in a gale
I wouldn’t want my circuits blown
Or smashed by lumps of hail

I wouldn’t want my legs knocked off
By a hungry herd of cows
Or have my surface smeared
By pooping hogs or sows

I wouldn't want a short circuit
Or have my wires chewed
Or pissed on by a passing horse
That would be very rude

All I'd want is to be left alone
Beneath the deep azure
To gather up the voltage
Above the field’s manure

To give back to those who made me
Some sparkle and some fun
To hope the clouds don’t gather
And allow a little sun

So spare a thought if you will
And some water and a flannel
And give me just a little rub
Your friendly solar panel

Can't stop looking at this. The blues are amazing. The composition is impactful. Great great presentation. You get a 9 from me.

If I were a solar panel
I'd love it when the sky was blue
but above all other things
I'd collect sunrays for you

If I were me I would do my job,
I would sleep in my bed,
I would love my family,
I would pet my dog,
I would vote my conscience
and believe my beliefs.

If I were the sky I would be blue above me,
offering clouds, massaging solar panels,
drape flatly over heaven, pin down
my horizon.

If I were not I would anything,
empires would fall, a disaster of paradises
would clutter my empty will.
