I struggle with lots of things, but choosing that ideal composition is one of them. I had cropped the image some, but I wonder if cropping even more to emphasize my subject might have been stronger?
But for me to have had success with the timing was a win in itself. I mean come on, that flying cucumber moved fast.
And to commit enough to a job to let someone throw knives at you... |

| I like HDR images (or near HDR), but sometimes they can be overdone. This, however is not overdone at all. The image does require some extended time to properly evaluate however. Very good execution (no pun intended) - conveys all sorts of ideas about commitment from the thrower to the throwee. |
