I like this shot. Did you give any thought to wiping off the fingerprints? I can't decide whether I think they are distracting or not. Also, there is a visible smudge on the top half of the stapler. Good composition.

Great macro good shadow and sharpness. You cartured everything including the scratches in the paint. even managed to get the metal grains well defined and in focus. While impressive from a photo graphic stand point. Its just not very interesting as a poster to hang on a wall. Keep Up the great work

The contrast seems too low as the highlight on the metal is grey not white.
